The Cuisine
Simple and traditional, our cuisine has ancient roots.
In Restaurant and Pizzeria Monte Maccione, the superb and generous products of our region are transformed by the hands of skilled artisans.
For you we prepare carasau, gucciau and frattau bread, ravioli with fresh pecorino, sausages, pecorino and goats cheese from Oliena, roasted suckling pigs and sheep in their many levels of flavours, seasonal vegetables with extra virgin olive oil from Oliena, the most virgin in the world, tasty and light mountain pizzas always with zero kilometre ingredients.
Finally, sevadas with sweet honey or bitter honey.
All accompanied by our Cannonau, the red that captures the essences of myrtle, almond and earth immersed in the sun at the foot of Mount Corrasi.

You can enjoy quick meals at all hours of the day in our snack bar.
Upon reservation, we can prepare customised dishes, menus for banquets and ceremonies and on request special dishes and rustic outdoor lunches.
We also prepare packed lunches for your excursions.
Breakfast with a breathtaking view
Sweet and salty, our breakfast tries to satisfy all the needs of our guests.
Seasonal fruit, freshly baked cakes and the inevitable cheeses and cured meats from Oliena, to start the day in the best possible way with the scents of the heart of Sardinia.
