For you we prepare carasau, gucciau and frattau bread, ravioli with fresh pecorino, sausages, pecorino and goats cheese from Oliena, roasted suckling pigs and sheep in their many levels of flavours, seasonal vegetables with extra virgin olive oil from Oliena, the most virgin in the world, tasty and light mountain pizzas always with zero kilometre ingredients.
Finally, sevadas with sweet honey or bitter honey.
All accompanied by our Cannonau, the red that captures the essences of myrtle, almond and earth immersed in the sun at the foot of Mount Corrasi.

Upon reservation, we can prepare customised dishes, menus for banquets and ceremonies and on request special dishes and rustic outdoor lunches.
