Our cuisine, the pizza restaurant on the mountains and outdoor rustic lunches

Our cuisine and mountain pizzeria have ancient roots, the key ingredients are simple and basic: bread, oil, honey, cheeses, cured meats, flour, fresh pasta, vegetables, meats, fish and good wine. Produced from our superb and fertile local terrain and prepared by the skilled hands of local artisans.
We can prepare for you, carasau, gucciau and frattau bread, fresh pecorino ravioli, sausages, pecorino and goats' cheeses from Oliena, roasted suckling pig and mutton in all its many flavours, seasonal vegetables with extra virgin olive oil from Oliena, the most pure virgin oil in the world, tasty and light mountain pizzas always made with local ingredients, Kilometre Zero.
To finish, sevadas (a traditional Sardinian dessert) with sweet or bitter honey. To quench your thirst we offer you our Cannonau, a red wine that captures the perfumes of myrtle, almond trees and the sun bathed soil at the foot of Mount Corrasi.
All these wonderful products from our larder can be purchased in our shop.
You can enjoy quick bites at any time of the day in our snack bar.
In addition to the items listed on the menu, by booking in advance, we can prepare personalized dishes, menus for banquets and special parties; and on request, special dishes and rustic outdoor lunches.
Also available are packed lunches for your excursion.
